Hot Spice and Ice Body Rub

Hot Spice and Ice:  This rub combines emu oil with capsicum (a cayenne pepper heat derivative), arnica (a domestic herbal to Montana) and cajeput).  It produces sensations of heat and icy cold (from wintergreen and peppermint) for an intense, yet soothing effect when applied topically following sporting activies or workouts.
